Overview
The selected professional will join the Talent Management team within the Human Resources Division at Singapore Airlines. This role centers on supporting the execution and continuous enhancement of talent management strategies and initiatives. The main objective is to identify, nurture, and retain key talent aligned with the organizational requirements both today and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and managers to implement efficient talent identification mechanisms, including annual talent reviews and succession planning.
- Interpret workforce analytics and performance data to determine high-potential employees and crucial positions.
- Assist in applying assessment instruments to measure employee competencies, potential, and readiness.
- Monitor talent pipeline progress and create regular dashboards and reports for relevant internal stakeholders.
- Oversee participation and advancement of talents in development programs, providing frequent outcome and effectiveness reports.
- Coordinate with Learning & Development teams and external providers to design and deliver suitable learning solutions.
- Spot opportunities to refine talent management processes and suggest improvements incorporating technology, generative AI, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years’ professional experience specializing in Talent Management.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, talent assessment tools, and coaching methodologies is preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about fostering talent growth and development.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable handling data analysis and preparing documentation such as proposals and papers.
- Committed to ongoing professional learning and keeping current with evolving talent management trends and best practices.
