Assistant Manager Placement (IT & ITES)

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Placement primarily focuses on identifying key employers for urban placement opportunities tailored for Anudip students. This involves collaborating closely with companies to understand manpower needs, aligning students accordingly, and managing pre-placement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage major employers to secure urban placements for students.
• Align student profiles to meet company requirements, managing pre-placement profiling effectively.
• Meet with company Directors and HR heads to discuss manpower needs and finalize placement partnerships.
• Coordinate placement processes and track placed students across different branches.
• Drive revenue generation for the organization by successfully placing students.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to pre-placement and post-placement activities.
• Manage and update the student database regularly.
• Communicate client job requirements clearly to students, providing detailed briefings about openings.
• Conduct thorough studies of the job market to stay updated with trends and opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing coordination with managers and trainers to ensure smooth placement operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, adapting to organizational needs.

Qualifications and Desired Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in student placement within skilling, training, or educational institutes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by patience and perseverance.
• Good knowledge of and relationships with corporate entities.
• A commitment towards societal work, particularly for marginalized communities.
• Experience in student placement for course batches and forming corporate tie-ups focused on placements.
