Job description
Role Overview
Join our team as an Assistant Manager and become a key leader at Rally's. As the Assistant Manager, you will work directly with the General Manager and take charge of daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent sales performance, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality.
Key Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience in the quick service restaurant industry
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- A strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Possession of a valid driver's license

Higher Secondary (Class 12)
