Overview
Join Savers Health Home & Beauty in Staines-Upon-Thames as an Assistant Manager where no two days are alike. This role involves fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, encouraging team growth, and connecting with the local community to build meaningful relationships. The position is full-time, with flexible shift patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate store teams to achieve exceptional performance and enhance their skill sets.
- Create a warm and supportive environment that welcomes new ideas.
- Engage actively with the local community to foster strong relationships.
- Manage daily store operations and delegate tasks effectively.
- Develop routines aimed at maximizing sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in retail management.
- Strong delegation skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ability to establish productive routines and identify sales improvement opportunities.
