About the Role
Panda Express is actively recruiting skilled leaders to join its store management team. Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the overall operation of an individual store. Your duties will encompass the recruitment, supervision, and guidance of associates to reach financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will steer the store toward success, supported by a paid leadership training program lasting at least three weeks designed to prepare you effectively for this role.

Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma
- Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of home if necessary
- Availability for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays driven by business demands
- Food safety certification (Serve Safe)
ADA and Physical Requirements
The role typically involves working in hot, confined environments with exposure to steam and food vapors. The candidate should expect to stand for long durations, manage preparation of hot and cold foods using commercial kitchen equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs. Kitchens can be noisy and require fast-paced work with excellent communication and conflict management skills.
