The Assistant Department Manager position offers an exciting starting point for a fulfilling career within the Woolworths Group. Assistant Department Managers oversee daily department operations while collaborating across the store to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers and a positive work environment for team members. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an engaging and inclusive team atmosphere that allows individuals to be their authentic selves while consistently delivering excellent customer service.

• Develop a solid understanding of department operations to effectively assist the team with daily tasks.

Work Schedule

Typical roster includes early starts with a four-day work week, contributing to a healthy work-life balance tailored to your needs and business demands:

• Tuesday to Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Thursday until 10:30 AM)
• Saturday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
