Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bid management processes from qualifying opportunities through submission and activities post-tender.
  • Provide support to bid managers during major pursuit efforts.
  • Analyze tender documents and create compliance matrices, response strategies, and bid schedules.
  • Lead bid kick-off sessions, workshops, reviews, and governance procedures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, commercial, legal, and operational contributors to ensure bids are submitted timely and compliant.
  • Develop, revise, and improve bid documentation, including CVs and project profiles, to ensure they are client-oriented, compliant, and compelling.
  • Handle tender clarifications and coordinate responses to client inquiries.
  • Manage client tender portals and oversee electronic bid submission workflows.
  • Ensure all governance checkpoints, approvals, and sign-offs are completed.
  • Administer the central bid inbox and maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline.
  • Maintain the Mace work-winning content repository.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, managing several opportunities concurrently.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute actively to the Mace global pursuits network through team meetings, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in bid management.
  • Experience managing bids in the Middle East market.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • APMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
