Assistant Area Sales Manager

About the Role

Jeeja Fashion LLP is seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail outlets in Surat, Gujarat. This role requires managing 4 to 5 stores, ensuring smooth store operations, stock transfers, and inventory control. The candidate will drive sales goals, enforce SOP standards, and maintain store hygiene and upkeep. Additionally, the role involves staff development, market monitoring, and execution of localized marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations across four to five retail stores.
• Manage stock transfers and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Achieve sales targets through effective strategy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and maintain store cleanliness and facility standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities for store staff.
• Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences in the local area.
• Organize marketing campaigns and events at the store level.
• Address daily operational challenges and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of four years of professional experience, including managing teams of 10 to 12 members.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi, with basic knowledge of English.
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Thorough understanding of sales management and retail store operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for store visits.

Additional Details

• Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
• Work Schedule: Approximately 10 days in office and 20 days visiting stores monthly.
• Travel Allowance provided for work-related travel.
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month plus incentives.
