Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Operator to assist in both production tasks and warehouse activities, ensuring exceptional quality standards and meeting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly operations for Automatic Sliding Door Operators in alignment with production schedules.
- Maintain product quality by strictly following established systems and procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled products to detect defects.
- Promptly report any equipment breakdowns or product defects to the supervisor.
- Safely manage assigned tasks and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
Candidate Requirements
- Adhere to company systems and procedural frameworks.
- Effectively plan and manage daily workloads and routines.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing tasks as workload demands change.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in warehouse or assembly settings.
- Possession of an Electrical Service Technician (EST) Licence is highly advantageous.
- Forklift licence and proven ability to safely operate forklifts are strongly preferred.
