About ProMach and the Role

We are currently seeking a customer-oriented, mechanically skilled individual to join Panther Industries, a ProMach company, as an Assembler. This position involves constructing machinery aligned with engineering designs and customer requirements, and offers an opportunity to develop skills in areas such as Mechatronics through cross-training and teamwork. All necessary tools are provided.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment following engineering specifications and customer guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks within the shop environment.
- Handle electrical wiring assignments as part of the assembly process.
- Engage in programming activities related to machinery functions.
- Provide technical support to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivation to excel.
- Enjoy manual tasks and working with hands-on equipment.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of an 8-hour workday.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay ranges from $23 to $26.
