Join Jaheziya as an AI & Machine Learning Engineer based in Abu Dhabi, where you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable AI and machine learning infrastructures that ensure secure, reliable, and efficient AI solutions. Your role will involve overseeing model deployment, performance monitoring, and maintaining operational excellence across AI platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain robust AI/ML systems and their underlying infrastructure to support scalability and performance.
• Develop and administer MLOps pipelines that automate the deployment and continuous monitoring of models.
• Guarantee the AI platforms deliver high standards of performance, availability, security, and scalability.
• Deploy, manage, and fine-tune machine learning and generative AI models for use in production settings.
• Create and uphold continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines tailored to AI applications.
• Oversee containerized AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes technologies.
• Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and business units to translate AI models into operational solutions.
• Regularly monitor system performance and reliability, applying necessary improvements for continuous optimization.
• Diagnose and resolve issues arising in production AI systems and enhance AI infrastructure accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Between three to eight years of professional experience in AI systems engineering, MLOps, or engineering of machine learning platforms.
• Proficiency in Python programming for AI and ML development.
• Experience working with major cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of container technologies including Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Competence in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with distributed computing and scalable AI infrastructure concepts.
• Hands-on deployment and operational experience of machine learning and generative AI solutions.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Skills in Infrastructure as Code tools, for example Terraform or equivalents.
• Understanding of AI system monitoring, observability, and comprehensive model lifecycle management.
• Possession of relevant cloud computing or AI industry certifications is a plus.
