Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect with at least five years of relevant experience to join our team. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion software. This role involves working from the office located in Mysore, Karnataka, with immediate joiners preferred. Salary will be determined based on interview performance, experience, skills, and previous salary history.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and manage multiple high-quality projects concurrently by collaborating with both internal and external teams.
• Contribute to developing the conceptual framework for architectural projects.
• Integrate company standards, goals, and branding ideals into project designs.
• Create, coordinate, and document customized spaces and architectural elements as required.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and project teams, providing updates on project status, potential on-site challenges, and other relevant information.
• Identify, take responsibility for, and resolve any issues occurring throughout the project lifecycle, from contract release through to project completion.
• Under supervision, prepare all design and handoff documents employing programming and operational skills.
• Assist teams during the due diligence process when needed.
• Participate in high-profile and highly visible project teams.
• Conduct site visits as part of project oversight.
• Continuously update and enhance skills in alignment with company requirements.
• Undertake additional design tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience as an Architect.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Available to join immediately and work onsite in Mysore, Karnataka.
