We are searching for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become a valued member of our team at Savers Health Home & Beauty in Peterborough, England. This role offers an engaging, dynamic work experience where you will contribute to creating a positive shopping atmosphere and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high store standards, ensuring displays and presentation are visually appealing.
• Engage actively with customers, providing helpful advice and fostering a friendly environment.
• Collaborate as part of a team to support store operations and community engagement.
• Promote and help customers access the best deals available at the store.

Training and Progression

Your training will be conducted within the store over a 12-month period with no external college sessions or homework. Upon completion, you will participate in a discussion reflecting on your experiences and an observation assessing your performance. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will receive ongoing support from your colleagues and tutor to achieve the Level 2 Retail Apprenticeship qualification.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold at least a grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Scottish National 4's accepted).
• Currently not engaged in any form of education and able to work full-time shifts.
• No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Ideal candidates are new to retail and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
