About the Role
If you have a passion for retail, this role suits you perfectly. We are seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant with a positive, proactive attitude who enjoys teamwork and customer service. As a Sales Assistant at Savers, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining high visual and store standards. This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership position while connecting with your local community and providing customers with great high street deals.
Training and Development
Your apprenticeship training will be delivered entirely on the shop floor over 12 months—there are no college days or homework assignments. Upon completing your training, you will participate in an experience review and be observed performing your duties. You will receive continuous support from your colleagues and a tutor to help you achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
- Have a minimum GCSE grade 4 / C (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or Scotland National 4's
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program and available for full-time work shifts
- Have not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship
- Eligible to work in the UK
- New to retail experience
