Educational and Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of practical experience is essential, ideally with extensive knowledge of the Flexcube core banking system modules such as IBD (OBPM, LC BC, etc.), Financing, PDM, Retail teller operations, Flexcube Origination, Parameterization, Customization, and BI report development.
- Strong competence in database management systems, SQL queries, and Linux OS is required.
- Excellent communication abilities along with solid understanding of banking and finance principles, retail/commercial/Islamic banking product lifecycles, accounting, and back-office processes are expected.
