Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7 to 12 years of extensive hands-on experience in AIX L3 support roles.
- Proficient with IBM Power Systems technologies including Power9 and Power10, VIOS, HMC, NIM, and AIX versions 6.1, 7.1, and 7.2.
- Demonstrated experience performing firmware upgrades, SAN storage migrations, disaster recovery processes, and enterprise-system upgrades.
- Solid understanding of PowerHA clustering, virtualization technologies, multipath I/O, and storage architecture.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration at L2 level on distributions such as RHEL, SUSE, and Oracle Linux.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks governing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Experience in regulated environments requiring strict audit and compliance adherence.
