Overview

Join Innovecture as an AI Training Consultant to lead the implementation of AI solutions tailored to enhance business workflows. This contract role based in Singapore requires leveraging technical discovery methods and building practical AI use cases to foster innovation and adoption within organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI technologies by conducting technical investigations including interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis to pinpoint implementation opportunities.
• Develop and enrich a Use Case Repository by creating hands-on scenario-based exercises with real datasets, prompt sequences, and measurable results to translate validated workflows into actionable training sessions.
• Engage stakeholders across departments to drive AI adoption by understanding their goals and conducting experimental workshops focused on practical needs and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of technological innovation and realistic expectations by educating on AI capabilities, limitations, and encouraging continuous experimentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in AI/ML principles, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, generative AI capabilities, and their aptness for specific applications.
• Demonstrated ability in breaking down complex business challenges, determining where AI integration adds value, and designing solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing processes.
• Data literacy including comprehension of data necessities, privacy concerns, and understanding data quality impact on AI effectiveness.
• Experience in analyzing and improving business workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing technology-powered enhancements.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse groups, balance priorities, and build consensus without direct authority.
• Clear and effective communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and conveying business value to technical teams.

Professional Experience & Competencies

• Over 5 years of professional experience in information technology roles.
• Robust consulting background coupled with project management expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude and capacity to operate independently at a high competency level.
