AI Engineer

About the Role

Master Works is looking for a proficient AI Engineer to create, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions addressing practical business challenges. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and software development, capable of progressing models from research phases to operational deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions using technologies including machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics.
• Build and maintain comprehensive AI pipelines covering data gathering, preparation, model training, and deployment.
• Perform analysis on complex, large-scale datasets applying advanced techniques to derive actionable insights.
• Integrate AI technologies with existing business systems to improve operational efficiency and foster innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and training in AI methodologies.
• Enhance model accuracy, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
• Continuously monitor and assess AI model performance to drive iterative improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Skilled in handling and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with MLOps practices, container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to large language models, generative AI techniques, or prompt engineering.
• Aware of data privacy, security concerns, and principles governing responsible AI deployment.

Job Location

Position is based onsite at the client location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
