Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and systems. This position requires expertise at the convergence of machine learning, software development, and product innovation to transform AI model capabilities into tangible product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and launch machine learning models in production environments.
- Integrate advanced language models and AI functions within product features.
- Create evaluation methods to assess model effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with machine learning researchers and software engineers on system architecture.
- Track model performance continuously and refine prompts, tuning, and model architectures accordingly.
- Ensure scalable and dependable inference systems are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience implementing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on familiarity with large language model APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Knowledgeable in vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience managing cloud machine learning infrastructure like AWS Sagemaker or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Solid grounding in software engineering principles.

The role offers a competitive salary package in the approximate range of $130,000 to $220,000 USD equivalent, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with additional benefits.
