AI Enablement Lead

Overview

Join Team Global Express as an AI Enablement Lead, a key role within the Data, AI & Integration team reporting directly to the Head of AI. This position offers a chance to drive the integration of AI technologies across a large enterprise, working closely with various business units including operations, technology, and corporate functions to foster AI adoption that is purposeful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI educational programs, workshops, and training sessions organization-wide.
• Promote AI utilization by guiding teams, enhancing skills, and applying AI solutions to live business challenges.
• Create and update AI resources such as playbooks, prompt libraries, use case documents, and best practice guidelines.
• Establish and nurture a network of internal AI Champions to encourage knowledge sharing and innovative initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing productivity, automating processes, and optimizing workflows.
• Support prototyping AI-driven solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, decision-making accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate responsible AI use by enforcing compliance and safety standards related to AI technologies.
• Monitor adoption metrics, delivering insights and reporting on successes, risks, and opportunities.
• Standardize and refine business processes to prepare them for automation and AI integration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Practical experience in deploying AI tools, workflows, or automation to address business needs.
• Proven ability to create and deliver training programs tailored to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills with the capability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Expertise in translating complex technical AI concepts into understandable terms for business professionals.
• Experience in digital transformation, data, technology, or change management environments.
• Knowledge of AI ethics including governance, privacy, and risk management frameworks.
• Capacity to recognize business challenges and develop actionable, results-driven AI solutions.
• Experience generating knowledge assets including playbooks, guidance materials, and fostering communities of practice.
• A proactive, curious, and solution-focused approach with a commitment to enabling others' success.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AWS Bedrock, or similar automation technologies is advantageous.
