Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Operations to pinpoint AI-driven automation opportunities that eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Design and develop end-to-end internal tools and AI agents that integrate seamlessly with the existing technology stack and enhance daily workflows for employees.
• Promote genuine user adoption via workshops, paired sessions, and office hours, focusing success metrics on active usage and time savings rather than mere feature delivery.
• Work closely with the Security team to define protective guardrails, manage proper access controls, and maintain audit trails safeguarding both employee and customer data.
• Create and maintain frameworks to evaluate the impact of AI implementations, monitoring relevant key performance indicators, targets, and actual outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

• Seven or more years of combined experience as a software engineer plus consulting, product management, or business operations background in B2B SaaS startups or scaling companies, particularly with major firms like MBB or Big4 (highly preferred).
• Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving measurable value through AI-centric workflow transformations, well documented by before-and-after case studies.
• Hands-on expertise using Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI technologies to deliver functioning solutions, including personal project experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI concepts distinguishing large language models (LLM) from machine learning (ML) and familiarity with associated patterns and methods.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript programming languages, with experience in agent-tooling patterns, evaluation methodologies, reliability concerns, and managing computational costs such as tokens.
• Comfort with Git version control systems and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong instincts for process design to map workflows, identify breakdown points, and devise scalable solutions.
• Effective strategic and commercial understanding to align deliverables with overarching business objectives and clearly articulate their value.
