Key Responsibilities

• Ensure financial accuracy and integrity, maintaining seamless accounting operations across the hotel.
• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, the general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Review revenue reports from all hotel outlets to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise the Income Audit process, maintaining robust internal controls.
• Handle supplier payments, perform reconciliations, and oversee credit collections.
• Support payroll checks and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team, providing training and guidance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activities.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in hotel accounting is preferred.
• Solid familiarity with hospitality financial systems such as Opera, Micros, and SunSystems.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with effective leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management.
