About the Role

Aggarwal Saree Center seeks a diligent and precise Accountant/ERP Executive to oversee daily accounting and financial processes and ensure smooth management of business transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and records of purchases and sales.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and keep accurate cash and bank transaction data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Handle billing, invoice generation, purchase entries, and processing of orders.
• Reconcile inventory or stock information with accounting and ERP systems.
• Operate and update data within ERP or accounting software.
• Assist with GST compliance, tax documentation, and other statutory accounting duties.
• Prepare regular reports on accounting, inventory, and management aspects.
• Support and provide necessary documentation during internal and external audits.
• Identify discrepancies within accounts, stock, and transactions and take corrective action.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of financial records including invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred qualification is a B.Com or equivalent degree.
• Possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Familiar with Tally, ERP software or similar accounting platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of GST, invoicing procedures, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience working in inventory-driven businesses is an advantage.
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to independently manage routine accounting tasks are essential.
