Account Manager

Job Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for advancing the company's products and services by crafting effective strategies and fostering robust partnerships with current and prospective partners. The individual will focus on boosting sales figures and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps for designated product or service lines in collaboration with management.
• Manage partner relationships according to company strategies and directives.
• Expand sales within assigned territories through building and sustaining relationships with both new and existing channels and clients.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of channels and customers; analyze data to assess loyalty and identify sales opportunities.
• Research market demands for current and future offerings by visiting customers and conducting thorough market analysis.
• Oversee the entire sales process from providing quotations to collecting payments.
• Monitor credit and payment statuses, handle outstanding accounts, and facilitate resolution.
• Drive generation of sales for the product/service portfolio focused on long-term revenue and profitability.
• Produce precise sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with company goals.
• Supervise the deployment of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, track progress, and offer improvement suggestions as needed.
• Represent and promote the company and its services across the region.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
• A professional background encompassing between 5 to 7 years in relevant fields is expected.
