Role Summary

The Killarney Towers Hotel, a 4-star property with 186 bedrooms, is seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead its housekeeping department. The successful candidate will ensure superior room standards and manage and support the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and uphold exceptional quality standards for all housekeeping tasks.
• Assign room cleaning duties to accommodation assistants and provide team support.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public spaces within the hotel.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance department to maintain consistent hotel standards.
• Manage and guide housekeeping assistants and supervisors effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in an accommodation department at supervisory or management level.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
