Role Overview

We invite individuals to begin their journey with Dalata as an Accommodation Assistant. This role entails maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and communal spaces to the group’s high standards, identifying repair needs, and supporting other departments as required.

Training and Career Development

Comprehensive training will be provided through the Dalata Academy to build essential skills. Team members will have access to experienced staff for guidance and mentorship, and there is a strong emphasis on promoting internally, enabling career advancement opportunities for dedicated employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all rooms and public areas adhering to Dalata’s quality standards.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly.
• Assist other departments as needed to support hotel operations.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
• Friendly and courteous attitude towards guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
