Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Junior Offline Sales & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day offline customer interactions and order coordination effectively. This role demands ownership of customer-related processes and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed sales through consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for prompt order packing and dispatch activities.
- Arrange porter, courier, and transportation services as needed.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and shipments.
- Address customer complaints by liaising with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Track pending orders, dispatches, and customer requirements closely.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and complaints.
- Serve as the communication link among customers, sales, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Own the end-to-end customer/order process until issues are fully resolved.
Candidate Profile
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, order coordination, or operational roles.
- Effective communication skills and comfort in engaging customers directly.
- Proficient in WhatsApp and possess basic computer skills including Excel.
- Energetic, responsible, and adept at diligent follow-ups.
- Capable of independent work and taking charge of outstanding tasks.
- Background in wholesale, distribution, trading, hardware/tools, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 with an opportunity to earn up to ₹3,000 extra as a performance bonus.
Additional Information
This is a proactive, hands-on position involving sales, customer engagement, order supervision, dispatch management, and complaint resolution. The role requires a candidate who takes initiative and does not rely on constant instructions.
