Role Overview
This position centers on advancing and enhancing an AI-driven recruitment platform named Zara, designed to automate the sourcing, screening, and engagement of candidates. It demands strong technical proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning, alongside collaboration with diverse teams to deploy robust and scalable recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models to boost Zara's effectiveness in matching candidates accurately and efficiently.
- Construct and uphold backend systems that support natural language processing functions for analyzing resumes and job descriptions.
- Integrate the Zara platform with various applicant tracking systems, human resource databases, and external job sites using APIs.
- Work jointly with data scientists and product managers to improve AI training datasets and assess model performance indicators.
- Guarantee adherence to data privacy laws and ethical standards concerning AI use within recruitment workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming, coupled with practical experience using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Comprehensive knowledge of natural language processing techniques, utilizing tools like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Proven experience designing and deploying scalable AI applications in live production settings.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL database management for data extraction and system integration.
- A solid understanding of ethical AI practices and methods to reduce bias in recruitment algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices design approaches.
- Background in developing data pipelines and executing extract, transform, load (ETL) workflows.
