Role Overview
We are inviting applications for a Software Developer to join our Engineering team based in Dublin, Ireland. The position requires a minimum in-office presence twice weekly on designated Anchor Days, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Team and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow developers to tackle complex challenges and deliver refined solutions enhancing the customer experience.
- Engage in an agile workflow alongside full-stack developers managing a variety of projects.
- Utilize and learn a broad range of technologies, challenging yourself in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute to and cooperate with multiple engineering teams spread across three countries.
- Provide peer code reviews within the team and across the company to maintain quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven software development experience, notably in scalable web application creation and Ruby on Rails framework.
- Front-end development skills involving JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React.
- Ability to swiftly master new technologies and work productively within evolving distributed teams and customer bases.
- Background in mentoring others through Agile processes and handling large-scale SaaS products.
- Expertise in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience managing high-scale systems and solving intricate technical problems.
- A broad technical knowledge base supporting complex solution development.
- A demonstrated portfolio including successful projects and insights gained from challenges faced.
- Strong communication abilities fostering trust and effective teamwork with colleagues and clients.
- Interest in enhancing software development skills through AI integration.

- The salary range for this role lies between €72,300 and €97,700 annually, depending on experience, location, and skill set, with most hires placed near the midpoint.
