Senior Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager is tasked with upholding exceptional Guest Services and aiding the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. Key objectives include maximizing sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense and shrinkage control, as well as overseeing merchandising and inventory management. This role strictly adheres to company policies and protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage between $20.75 and $21.00, which varies based on individual qualifications and prior experience.

Work Conditions & Requirements

Previous experience in retail and/or managerial positions is essential.
