Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Application Developer to join our Workforce Applications team, focusing on developing scalable, out-of-the-box solutions within the Anaplan platform. Your work will address planning, forecasting, and reporting needs across various industries. You will collaborate closely with Product Management to translate business requirements into effective, extensible architectures and support model builders to implement these designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement Workforce Applications utilizing Anaplan components such as model building, UX design, data integration, and reporting tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable technical solutions.
• Design applications and user experiences adhering to agreed standards, ensuring intuitive usability.
• Participate in quality assurance, refinements, and performance tuning to support scalability.
• Upgrade applications with new Anaplan platform features prompted by stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Center of Excellence, Professional Services, and GTM teams to support demonstrations, training, documentation, and best practices.
• Serve as a knowledge expert and provide support for sales, customer success, and partner enablement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Anaplan model building, especially in workforce, finance, or operational areas.
• Level 3 Anaplan Certification required; Master Anaplanner preferred.
• Ability to apply engineering principles to ensure scalable, configurable application builds.
• Preferred experience with extended Anaplan modules such as Forecaster, Optimizer, ADO, Workflow, and Polaris.
• Familiarity with headcount planning, strategic workforce planning, and capacity planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills focused on impactful delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field; advanced degree is advantageous.
