Role Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor foam production machinery effectively.
• Conduct cleaning activities essential for maintaining equipment in optimal condition.
• Ensure that all foam machine troughs are well-maintained and correctly installed.
• Support preparation of necessary materials such as papers, films, and start-up blocks during setup procedures.
• Promote and sustain high standards of housekeeping within the work area.
• Assist production supervisors as needed with operational tasks.
• Apply knowledge of fraction and decimal conversions during daily operations.
• Demonstrate adequate reading comprehension to understand procedural documentation.
• Produce clear and readable written communications as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to comprehend, understand, and comply with all relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions to perform duties efficiently while adhering to customer and quality management standards.
• Familiarity with quality expectations specific to this position using applicable SOPs and instructions.
• Competency in using measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, and tape measures to validate product standards and machine functionality.
• Continuous visual monitoring of materials and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Segregate non-conforming materials or products for evaluation by supervisors or quality control personnel.
