Job description
Overview
American Academy For Training is looking to hire dependable and diligent Part-Time Exam Invigilators based in Doha, Qatar. The primary goal of this role is to oversee examination sessions ensuring all protocols and regulations are followed precisely to maintain integrity and fairness during tests.
Working Schedule
- Examination supervision takes place exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Working hours range between a minimum of 6 hours and up to 12 hours per day, contingent on the exam timetable.
Compensation
The position offers a remuneration of $15 per hour worked.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee candidates during exams to guarantee adherence to established rules and regulations.
- Authenticate candidate identities and ensure appropriate seating before tests begin.
- Maintain vigilant observation throughout the examination to deter any cheating or irregular behavior.
- Address any incidents or irregularities promptly following official exam protocols.
- Maintain a quiet and orderly environment for the duration of the examination.
- Document detailed exam session reports, capturing attendance, any incidents, and relevant observations.
- Promptly submit completed reports to the management team after each exam session.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of integrity.
- Capability to stay alert and attentive for long periods during exams.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
- Composure and professionalism in managing potentially stressful situations.
- Previous experience in invigilation or administrative environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays.
