Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our stores located in Chingford, Low Hall, and Winchmore Hill. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction and has prior experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our store, using their passion for optics and exceptional customer service skills to enhance the store environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of three months’ experience working within an optician’s practice
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Background in optics or audiology businesses
- Basic understanding of optical and audiology terminology
