Job description
Job Overview
The role involves creating and improving workflow software solutions aligned with approved business needs and process frameworks. Responsibilities include developing new workflow functionalities, enhancing existing ones to boost processing steps such as routing, validation, and approvals, and refining the user interface and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workflow applications based on detailed business requirements and designed processes.
- Upgrade current workflow systems to optimize routing paths, validation checks, approval mechanisms, user experience, reporting features, and integration with other systems.
- Manage configuration of workflow applications including role and group mappings, task assignments, and user access control.
- Work collaboratively with teams handling IT architecture, user service support, middleware platforms, security protocols, and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and address technical dependencies.
- Provide technical evaluation, impact studies, development estimates, and solution design support in coordination with Operations teams.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, deployment operations, and stabilization activities post-launch.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as technical manuals, deployment guides, configuration details, and carry out knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
