msg.PMQ Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance insurance products leveraging msg.PMQ technology.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams to implement functional requirements effectively.
• Participate actively in a Scrum team operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) framework.
• Engage in technical conception, coding, as well as troubleshooting and resolving defects.
• Contribute to PI Planning sessions, sprint activities, reviews, and retrospectives to support iterative progress.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as an application development specialist or a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive, proven experience in development using msg.PMQ solutions.
• Practical background in software development for product management or operations within property insurance sectors.
• Experience integrating msg.PMQ with core insurance system architectures.
• Demonstrated methodical and autonomous working approach combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic to work within a Scrum team in a SAFe environment, embracing collaboration, joint problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
