Primary Duties

• Upkeep and maintenance of buildings on the property.
• Ensuring breezeways remain clear of trash and spider webs.
• Regularly sweeping or blowing away debris from the premises.
• Replacing lighting fixtures in common areas and buildings as needed.
• Conducting monthly property inspections on foot.
• Pressure washing building exteriors to maintain cleanliness.
• Preparing units for market readiness.
• Cleaning all shared areas, model units, and amenities thoroughly.
• Maintaining the compactor zone free from litter and debris.
