About the Role
Join a team committed to excellence in fast food service at a McDonald’s location in Magnolia, NJ, owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure financial success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve restaurant goals.
- Supervise and coach Department Managers, helping them set objectives and improve departmental performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop managerial staff including Department and Shift Managers.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager, specifically in managing high-volume locations.
- Preferably background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the managerial role.
