Full Stack Engineer with AI Expertise

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer skilled in AI technologies to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves providing advanced technical support for AI-driven applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with external partners to implement, customize, and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 technical support for AI applications including chatbots, assistants, and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to deploy and integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues related to large language model APIs, data workflows, and overall system performance.
• Tailor vendor-provided AI applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop connectors between AI applications and enterprise systems to ensure seamless workflows.
• Evaluate and verify code and solutions provided by external agencies for quality and compliance.
• Create and upkeep technical documentation and operational runbooks to support system maintenance.
• Continuously monitor application health and implement necessary performance improvements.
• Manage API configurations including authentication protocols and access controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in full stack software development.
• Proficient in Python backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience collaborating with external technical vendors and teams in software delivery contexts.
• Strong skills in REST API integration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services including App Services, Functions, and API Management.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience working with large language model APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods and vector database technology.
• Ability to review and validate third-party code submissions.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
