Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be hands-on in building and resolving problems, quickly crafting and delivering solutions that provide immediate and measurable benefits. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to grasp business issues, operational processes, and overall objectives
• Break down complex and unclear problems into precise, executable solution frameworks and implementation roadmaps
• Swiftly create and refine end-to-end solutions such as demonstrations, prototypes, pilot projects, and final applications using the company's AI platform along with contemporary development tools
• Integrate data sources, APIs, external systems, and internal applications into unified, scalable solutions
• Gain deep knowledge of the platform’s functionalities to enhance reuse and speed up solution development
• Collaborate extensively with Go-to-Market, Product, AI engineering teams, and customer representatives for iterative improvements based on real-world feedback
• Identify reusable solution patterns and offer insights that inform platform enhancements for future deployments
• Effectively convey technical ideas to diverse audiences across the solution lifecycle

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical disciplines
• Strong software engineering principles with robust hands-on coding expertise
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning fundamentals, including knowledge of large language models, multimodal models, and AI agents
• Proven capability to dissect ambiguous challenges using logical, structured analytical methods and rapid adaptability to emerging technologies, platforms, and business sectors
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating in fast-paced and cross-functional environments bridging technical and business stakeholders
• Bonus: Experience developing software applications, AI/ML projects, prototypes or complete technical solutions gained through internships, academic projects, research, hackathons, or self-driven initiatives
• Bonus: Practical knowledge of databases, data integration strategies, cloud platforms, or AI-assisted development tools such as coding assistants
