About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our Penetration Testing and Assessment Team. This role demands comprehensive experience in vulnerability management, ethical hacking, penetration testing, and risk mitigation. It is especially suited to candidates aiming to bridge in-depth technical expertise with senior leadership engagement, strategic planning, and risk oversight. You will work collaboratively with specialists, risk officers, and senior leadership across business units to establish and maintain a secure technical environment within the firm.

Our Technology division drives innovation that empowers the firm, supports clients, and shapes markets and communities globally. This Director-level position leverages high-level cyber proficiency to devise solutions that shield our systems and networks from current and emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct security evaluations of key assets to detect and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Manage controls related to cybersecurity, focusing on penetration testing and ethical hacking procedures.
  • Engage in the planning, execution, documentation, and assessment of security controls for critical organizational assets.
  • Support formulation and analysis of cybersecurity metrics to track trends and effectiveness.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with senior leaders, control groups, and business units.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the cybersecurity team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum seven years of professional experience, with at least five years dedicated to IT security.
  • Extensive background in ethical hacking and penetration testing methodologies.
  • Advanced understanding of defense-in-depth strategies and network security design.
  • Familiarity with common cyberattack types and relevant mitigation techniques.
  • Proficiency in penetration testing concepts, tools, and approaches.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability rating frameworks such as CVSS and CMSS.

Communication and Personal Attributes

  • Eagerness and ability to quickly assimilate new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating findings clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize work and communicate escalation protocols to colleagues.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, methodical, with great follow-up capabilities and analytical thinking.
