Role Overview

• Examine and assess current business workflows to detect inefficiencies and potential risks
• Create detailed documentation and visualizations for existing and future process states
• Work closely with various departments to collect requirements for improving operational processes
• Analyze data related to operations, finance, and performance to discover trends and areas for enhancement
• Develop and upkeep metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor process effectiveness
• Contribute to automation and optimization projects leveraging diverse technological platforms

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a similar field
• At least three years of professional experience in business analysis, process enhancement, or operational excellence roles
• Skilled in collecting, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Familiarity with business process modeling, design principles, and project management
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, analysis, and debugging
• Experience using Microsoft Access, VBA, Python, or enterprise-level data platforms such as Cloudera or Hadoop
