Job Overview
AsureQuality is looking for a meticulous and committed Auditor to join our Mount Maunganui team, serving New Zealand’s horticulture sector. This permanent, full-time position involves a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.
Key Duties
- Achieve and maintain approved auditor accreditation for designated programmes.
- Perform audits aligned with regulatory and company procedures.
- Keep current with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Produce precise audit reports promptly and oversee resolution of non-conformances.
- Foster strong professional relationships with clients, regulators, and colleagues.
- Engage in internal audits, special projects, and continuous improvement activities.
- Encourage and maintain workplace health and safety compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in the Kiwifruit or Avocado industries or auditing within these fields is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Dedicated to ongoing improvement and safety best practices.
