Role Summary
The Alignment Supervisor will be responsible for managing wheel alignment services on a full-time, on-site basis at Vijayawada. Duties include leading and supervising alignment technicians, organizing and prioritizing customer service requests, and ensuring all alignment tasks comply with safety and quality protocols. Additional responsibilities involve monitoring the use of alignment equipment, assisting with diagnostics of complex alignment issues, and maintaining accurate service documentation.
This position requires close coordination with front-office personnel, handling customer inquiries effectively, supporting technician training efforts, and ensuring a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications and Skills
- In-depth understanding of wheel alignment methods, tire and wheel services, along with fundamental automotive mechanical knowledge.
- Previous experience in leading or supervising teams within automotive or comparable technical environments.
- Competency in operating alignment machines and diagnostic tools safely and proficiently.
- Strong communication capabilities to clearly explain technical matters to customers.
- Organizational skills for managing job scheduling, workflows, and maintaining detailed service records.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality control standards.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks and work full-time on-site in Vijayawada.
- Preferred prior work experience in tire, wheel, or automotive service centers; relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
