Internship Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Arrange, trim, and enhance raw footage to produce polished content.
- Incorporate captions, subtitles, transitions, animations, graphics, and visual effects to enrich videos.
- Create captivating hooks and maintain dynamic pacing to boost viewer retention.
- Synchronize audio elements including background music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Help design thumbnails, cover images, and other visual components for social media posts.
- Maintain organized systems for video files, project directories, and media assets.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing staff to align with project goals.
- Convert longer videos into compelling short-form content suitable for social media.
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand standards and maintain high quality.
- Keep current with emerging trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from colleagues and clients to refine videos.
- Export and optimize videos for a variety of social media platforms and formats.
- Assist in managing content schedules to guarantee timely project completion.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available to work full-time on-site and start between August 19, 2026, and September 25, 2026. The internship spans three months. Candidates should be from the Virar, Vasai, Nala Sopara, or Vasai-Virar areas, possess relevant video editing skills and interests, and women looking to start or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
