Key Responsibilities
- Examine large, unfamiliar datasets and clarify what data tables represent, identifying inaccuracies in existing documentation.
- Develop automated health check systems and anomaly detection mechanisms for notifications, orders, and plan configurations.
- Perform root cause analysis of detected anomalies and clearly document failures, their detection methods, and impact scale.
- Analyze unstructured free-text complaints and feedback to discover behavioral trends, error patterns, and early warning indicators.
- Create reusable, documented analytical procedures and dashboards that maintain value beyond the internship tenure.
- Promptly highlight critical issues to the engineering team with adequate supporting evidence.
