Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Planner for a full-time position in Melbourne. The role offers opportunities either as a permanent employee or on a contract basis. Applicants must hold a valid Australian visa with full work rights.
Primary Responsibilities
- Expert interpretation of Award and Enterprise Agreements (EA), a critical aspect of the role.
- Utilize strong domain knowledge in workforce planning to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
- Conduct process mapping exercises, manage requirements, and perform detailed business analysis.
- Provide support relating to compliance, including award updates, accurate estimation, and the execution of delivery activities.
- Experience with UKG/Kronos systems is advantageous but not as vital as proficiency in award interpretation.
