Role Overview

This full-time, onsite role based in Siliguri is for a Video Editor who will work to assemble and edit raw video footage into visually engaging stories promoting destinations, tours, and brand campaigns. Responsibilities include cutting and arranging clips, performing color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, and maintaining audio-visual standards to align with the company’s branding. The editor will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to tailor content for social media and promotional use, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Additionally, managing organized media asset libraries and keeping abreast of industry trends in tourism content is expected.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proven video editing and production capabilities that transform raw footage into high-quality final videos.
• Expertise in video color grading techniques to ensure a cohesive and appealing visual style suited to travel media.
• Capability to design and integrate motion graphics and titles that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
• Practical knowledge of professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including basic audio editing skills.
• Strong visual storytelling talent, with attention to detail and excellent sense of timing, composition, and aesthetics.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate with team members on-site.
• Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, or related disciplines, or comparable hands-on experience.
• A genuine interest in travel and tourism, adaptable to diverse projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
