Job Overview
The Validation Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of construction-related deliverables. This includes overseeing both modular components managed by external vendors nationwide and service tasks carried out by Livspace-certified contractors and the internal contract team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and confirm drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and site conditions.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings across various disciplines such as modular and non-modular kitchenware systems, furniture, civil, electrical, and plumbing.
- Verify quantity estimates for every item listed in the BOQ, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Detect design inconsistencies and anticipate potential risks during project execution.
- Identify and report any omitted items from the BOQ to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Finalize the BOQ once all discrepancies are resolved and site validations are complete.
- Deliver precise and error-free validation reports within the agreed service level agreements (SLA).
