We are seeking a Unit Manager responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales advisors. This role focuses on leading the team to effectively sell company products and driving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and build a competent team of sales advisors.
- Provide training and motivation to enhance team capabilities.
- Lead and direct the team in product selling efforts in the market.

Candidate Requirements
